Safaricom’s involvement as a technology and payments partner will focus on providing seamless connectivity during the festival, empowering the youth and Gen Z community through Safaricom Hook, and facilitating digital payments through M-PESA.
Safaricom, known for powering digital lifestyles through M-PESA and supporting Kenyan communities in music and sports, sees this partnership as a celebration of Kenyan culture.

To keep festival-goers connected, Safaricom will offer a specially curated data bundle plan called the ‘Oktobafest Bundle’ for seamless internet access throughout the event, including the livestream experience.
