Visa has unveiled its Global AI Advisory Services Practice, a strategic addition to its suite of value-added services.

The new offering, provided by Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), aims to empower clients to harness the potential of AI and generative AI through actionable insights and recommendations.

With Visa’s extensive experience in using AI to enhance services and ensure secure transactions, the launch of this dedicated AI advisory practice reflects the company’s commitment to driving innovation in the payments sector.

Carl Rutstein, global head of advisory services at Visa, emphasized the transformative impact of AI on industries worldwide, highlighting the pivotal role of the payments sector in this revolution.

Leveraging VCA’s global network of over 1,000 consultants, data scientists, and product experts across 75 offices on six continents, the new practice will guide clients through their AI journey, from initial discovery and planning to implementation.
